This is where you can monitor the performance of our IP Network and view statistics on the monthly average of our network performance including latency, packet loss, and network availability.

Measuring and monitoring from selected MegaPOPs, AT&T Internet Services (ATTIS) guarantees to its AT&T PremierSERVSM Dedicated Internet Access, AT&T PremierSERVSM IP-VPN, and AT&T PremierSERVSM Network-Based VPN customers, the following service levels:
  • Network Availability
  • Network Latency (roundtrip)
  • Network Packet Loss
  • Off-net Performance (AT&T KB40)
