Effective May 15, 2008 AT&T Internet Services (ATTIS) National Maintenance Windows are Tuesday and Thursday mornings for the following local time zones.

  • Eastern Time:
    12:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M.
  • Central Time:
    12:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M.
  • Mountain Time:
    12:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M.
  • Pacific Time:
    12:00 A.M. to 6:00 A.M.

Unexpected Outages

ATTIS has an enviable record of proactive trouble notification our Global Customer Service Center detects service problems the moment they occur and notifies customers before they become aware of the problem. Additionally, we use tools to detect and forward alarms to our Network Operations Center engineers for identification, tracking, and resolution. ATTIS will notify you if we detect an unexpected outage.
